Professional Experience: I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a dual degree in Psychology and Sociology. During my studies, I started working for a local independent agency in 2008 as a personal lines insurance customer service rep. After gaining more experience over the course of 5 years, my insurance career switched gears to commercial lines insurance as an account manager. Since then, I’ve been managing clients as an account executive for a wide array of commercial industries for the past ten years.
